Now for something unusual…
Apple will air a new TV commercial in the US, that began as a student project, according to The New York Times.
18 year old Nick Haley developed the ad and posted it to YouTube. Haley was then contacted by Apple’s ad agency to discuss turning it into a real TV ad!
At first, Haley didn’t believe the call was for real, but soon did, and went to L.A. to work on a broadcast-ready version of his ad.
